Todd M. Glassman
Todd, who was named in 2011 a partner at Ladden & Allen, Chartered, joined the firm in 2007 as an associate lawyer. Ladden & Allen provides professional, caring and accessible representation in the areas of marriage, divorce, mediation, financial settlements, and custody matters. Cases he has brought to resolution have been reported in the Illinois Divorce Digest. Todd has participated in the firm's "think tanks," bringing together judges, mental health practitioners, clergy, attorneys and other interdisciplinary professionals who are interested in recognizing and addressing serious family law related matters. Topics have included "intimate terrorism" in relationships, the law and psychology attendant to custody litigation and its effect on children, the strategy and costs of litigation, as well as the need for more resources for divorcing couples both inside and outside the courtroom. A February 2012 Think Tank is scheduled on the "Economics of Marriage and Divorce." Previously, he was an associate at a family law firm in Flossmoor, where he assessed family law issues and executed appropriate action for all phases of case development. He was a law clerk at three Chicago firms and served as a legal intern at two firms, beginning in the summer of 2001. Todd is a member of several professional organizations including the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. He is involved in the Jewish United Fund and Between Friends. Todd was selected an Illinois Rising Star 2012 by Super Lawyers®. Todd resides on Chicago's mid-north side. Education:

Todd M. Glassman had planned to follow in the career footsteps of his two role models - his parents, both successful school teachers in Chicago and Libertyville. Instead, he chose a different way to help others: the law. He selected family law as the practice area that would best enable him to make a difference in people's lives.
