March 09, 2010  Gemma B. Allen (at right), a member of the Chicago Commission on Human Relations Advisory Council on Women, presents a SAGE Award to Joy V. Cunningham (left), a Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court, at Mayor Daley's Women's History Month reception at the Chicago Cultural Center on March 9. Allen also presented awards to Judge Grace G. Dickler, the recently appointed presiding judge of the court's new domestic violence division, and Francine Soliunas, executive director of the Chicago-Kent College of Law's Institute for Law and the Workplace.
